Spring time in Northern Virginia can be so unpredictable that my unpreparedness for the rain hardly ever looks out of place. I go thru umbrellas like its a box of sour cream and onion Pringles. Sometimes, a box makes it to day two.
Now that my commute is not as long and involves less walking, I can finally buy an umbrella that doesn't cost $5 from that guy at the metro station. Right now, I am ready to invest in one or two reasonably (less than $30) priced umbrella.
